Bookings Diary
To make a booking: first check the diaries below to see if the facility you require is available. Get in touch via the Contact Us page with the details of your booking request. Please bear in mind that the diaries may not be completely up to date as the bookings are entered manually. View Pavilion Diary and Pitch Diary below.
We'll be in touch quickly to let you know whether your booking is possible, confirm the details and cost and let you know if there is anything else that we might require (eg, a deposit or insurance). Once you confirm that you wish to go ahead we will provisionally book the facility. The booking will usually be held for 7 days and will only be confirmed once we have received the required payment and a signed copy of the Terms and Conditions of Hire (see link in panel on the right).
PLEASE NOTE: All events must end by midnight and no music is permitted after 23.00.
Camping is not allowed on the Recreation Ground.

PAVILION
£7.50 per 1.5 hours or £15 per block session
Block session times are:
Morning 08.00-13.00
Afternoon 13.00-18.00
Evening 18.00-22.00
MARQUEES
10 x 4m Marquee* £100
8 x 5m Marquee* £100
6 x 4m Marquee* £75
* includes toilet block
The Hirer must provide 6 people to put up and take down the marquees.
A security deposit equal to the total hire charge must be paid. This will be returned within 7 days of the event if there is no damage or cleaning required.
CAR PARKING
Additional car parking is usually available. Price on application.
